As part of the University of Chicago’s Winterfest event, The Mystery League was hired to create a virtual puzzle hunt for UChicago students to complete over Spring Break to boost morale and provide covid-safe activities. Working with The Mystery League, Rebecca acted as project manager, coordinating installation of physical elements, managing a team of student interns, and, of course, designing some puzzles herself. While she was lucky enough to get to try out some new skills (including AR!), her favorite puzzle in this hunt is Harmony and Voice Leading, because she was able to put on a swan mask and honk-sing a cappella, a dream she never knew she had.
